Club activities
In order to carry out extracurricular activities with college students, educational and research work of students is organized on the basis of classrooms and laboratories, the main form of which is subject circles.
Subject circles are a part of the general educational process that promotes self-organization of a person through the development of clinical thinking, cognitive skills, and the ability to independently construct their knowledge and navigate the information space.
Goals and objectives of the work of the subject circles
The activities of subject circles are organized in order to ensure the deepening of students' knowledge in certain disciplines, to maximize the satisfaction of students' creative abilities, to form personal and professionally significant qualities, to broaden their horizons, to raise the moral and cultural level of students and are one of the forms of extracurricular work.
Objectives:
  • To expand the educational opportunities of the educational process.
  • Meeting the needs of students in the comprehensive development of their creative potential.
  • The involvement of students in the creative process as the main condition for the development of personal and professional qualities.
  • Studying the abilities and interests of students

  • Rights and duties of the head, the headman and members of the circle
The subject circle includes:
  • The head of the circle is the head of the office (appointed and dismissed by the order of the director of the college)
  • The head of the circle is a student, a member of the circle, who is elected at the general meeting of its members.;
  • Members of the circle.
  • The activities of the subject circle are organized by the head of the circle and the headman.
The head of the club is obliged to:
  • To involve students in the activities of the circle;
  • Develop a work plan for the club;
  • Manage the work of the club;
  • To inform the members of the circle about scientific events in which students can participate;
  • To organize and hold meetings of the circle;
  • Submit a report on the work of the club at the end of the school year;
  • Receive information about scientific events in which students can participate;
  • To participate in the organization of the final scientific and practical conference of students;
The head of the club is obliged to:
  • Participate in the preparation of a plan and a report on the work of the circle;
  • To monitor the timeliness of the execution of the research work plan by the members of the circle;
  • To participate in the organization of meetings of the circle;
  • To inform the members of the circle about the educational and research activities that take place at the college and beyond;
The head of the subject circle has the right to:
  • Receive information about scientific events in which students can participate;
  • To take part in the leadership of the scientific and practical conference of students on the topic of the circle as a secretary;
  • Represent the circle in relations with the structural units of the college;
  • The members of the subject circle can be any student, regardless of their specialty or course, who has a desire to expand their knowledge of the academic discipline, professional module, and master the skills of research work.
Members of the subject circle have the right to:
  • Attend and make presentations and scientific reports at the meetings of the circle;
  • Take part in competitions, conferences, and Olympiads held at colleges and other educational institutions.;
  • To publish the results of their scientific activities in the form of scientific articles (abstracts) in periodicals of various levels.;
The members of the subject circle are required to:
  • Carry out educational and research work within the general topic of the circle under the guidance of the head of the circle;
  • Regularly attend meetings of the circle (attendance rate is at least 70%)
  • Take an active part in all the activities of the club.
The student ceases to be a member of the circle in the following cases:
  • At his own request on the basis of a personal statement;
  • For unsystematic attendance of circle meetings, insufficiently active scientific activity;
  • In case of graduation
  • Organization of work of subject circles
  • The meetings of the subject circle are held at least once a month (every Tuesday of the 2nd week of each month). Clubs of all profiles are engaged in 1-2 academic hours.
  • The meetings of the subject circle are held in various organizational forms (conversation, reports, discussions, experiments, excursions, etc.)
  • The schedule of meetings of the circle is drawn up by the head of the circle
  • Reporting forms on the activities of the subject circles
The head of the subject circle must have:
  • - the work plan of the club for the academic year,
  • -the minutes of the meeting of the club work
  • - logbook for club visits;
  • -report on the work of the club for the academic year.
